Bought to replace the one that came with my phone that was C connection at both ends and got bent when my son used it to charge his tablet and then dropped it. The test for me is, 'Does it charge my device quickly?, and without the annoying 'your device is charging slowly' or not at all message. It does charge and quickly, about 90 minutes for my Samsung phone when it's starting from less than 10%. It is C to C connection at both ends but comes with a nice compatible plug with a C port rather than a USB one, which is also really handy to have. Yes, I would recommend this product, and would buy another one, if I needed it.

This fast charger apparently by Samsung does actually charge fast. Its the only one of many that I've bought that does. The plug gets pretty hot too. It takes 40 mins to charge to 85 percent, as recommended by Samsung.
