Installed this inline filter for our refrigerator and it’s been fantastic. Water and ice taste noticeably better, and I love that it helps reduce PFAS/PFOA. Super easy to hook up with the 1/4-inch direct connect fittings, and the 5-year capacity means way less maintenance. Works great for our RV setup too. Definitely a solid upgrade for cleaner, safer water!

This was a very simple and easy installation to have clean filtered water at the refridgerator. Water tastes better and it was so inexspensive. Great product.

So far, so good. Installed easily. Didn’t have to cut anything. Just detach the ice maker tube from the back of the freezer where it enters, coil it up because it’s going to be too long. Attach that end to the inlet end of the filter where water comes in from the main water line, you’ll need to add the little plastic pieces that you simply shove into the filter on both sides first before connecting any tubing to filter. Then simply slide the outlet tube to the ice maker inlet valve at the back of fridge directly behind the ice maker.The kit comes with thread tape, a small spool of very thin fine white tape and simply wrap it around the threads of everything that has threads, wrap around it 3xs for a good seal.Have two pairs of pliers to tighten all connection points. Don’t over tighten though. Stiff tighten is enough. Turn the water valve back on (to flow) and look for leaks. No leaks means your ready to mount the filter on the back of the fridge. Think to place the filter in any place that accommodates the way the excess coiled line is going to compact the line and filter to be as flush as possible to the back of the fridge. The kit comes with three mounting brackets that can be attached by stickers to the fridge or by screws you do not want to screw into the back of the fridge. If mounting in a cabinet then mounting with screws maybe the best option.Use the stickers and Mount it by snapping it onto the C shaped mounts included.It’s self explanatory when you pull everything out of the box, for most folks.Says it’ll last 20,000 gallons or 5 years.Only time will tell. Do not use the first four to five batches of ice. It’ll be grey or black at first. Dump it in the sink. Repeat two gallons or several cycles.Once the ice is crystal clear, your good to use it.

This is a good filter if you just need a little tune up on your faucet water. Our water always had a hint of clorine smell to it. This filter cleared that right up.Replacement filters do not need all new lines, you can just undo the press in ends, and put the new filter on just like the old one. Takes me about 2 minutes to swap, and I let the sink run cold for about 5 minutes and we are on our way.Would recommend.

Was what I was looking for as a "Pre-Filter" for my refrigerator. Installs easy, no issues and water has great taste. Will buy again in 5 years when I need a new one.
