It's alright....
Definitely helps with hard to reach areas. However the handle is kind of cheap. Where you twist to lengthen extension bar, it doesn't seem tighten enough. It's already collapsed a few times and I just used it for the first time today.

You get what you pay
Cheaply made, the package is good everything was in it , I wasn't missing any of the pieces. the extender doesn't work on mine it keeps on shorting to the regular size. I'm going to keep it because I don't want to go through the trouble of returning it. I won't be purchasing again.

Short arm extension. Thin pads smear.
I tried one pad on the inside windshield. Too thin. I put a second pad over the top. Still smeared. Additionally, the arm does not extend adequately for rear window cleaning.

Perfect item for manynthings
I found that I can clean the inside of my car windows using computer screen cleaner. Just a single spray on the pad. It cleans with no streaks and no work amazing.

Extender doesn't stay put
When you extend the rod (the reason for this purchase) it doesn't stay, it collapses. In my opinion, not worth it if that's why you're purchasing.

Useful tool that swivels and feels robust, but
I like this tool very much, but haven't yet achieved a smear-free windscreen. I am not sure if this is because the microfiber cloths are too flat on the device for a curved windscreen, or if it is because of the window wash I am using, so will experiment with different solutions and putting some padding behind the cloth.
