Q: How do I re-synchronize the remote to the receiver?

Mine just worked when I tried it the first time!

Q: Do these not fade on and stay on then fade off ( outside of a program loop ?) I want to use them to fade on ( with a motion sensor and fade off )

It does have a fade on and off setting but it won't fade on and stay on or fade off and stay off unless you manually use the bright positive or bright negative buttons for each function on or off. So the answer for what you're trying to do is No these won't do that, I see what you're wanting with the motion sensor keep looking.

Q: Please, what is the part number for a 12 amp dc connector version? the description and pictures don't match what i received....

According to the description of the RGBZONE controller sold by Hintel and fulfilled by Amazon, the part number for the one with DC connectors is PK0345. I can't confirm by what I bought because I bought the version for bare wire connections.
