Nice case - Early indications are good
Bought after a disaster dropping my surface on a hard floor, shattering the screen. Work laptop, so decided to give a case a try and my replacement a fighting chance of surviving my clumsiness.Fit is great, nice and tight with no sloppiness or baggy fitting. This does make putting it on a touch fiddly, but me being one who likes a well engineered case to be a snug fit, that didn't bother me in the slightest.Got the grey denim one, the look of which is understated but smart none the less. All cut outs allow good access to ports and I keep a USB plugged in all the time for a wireless mouse without issue. Even the micro SD slot is accessible when the stand is deployed. There isn't a huge amount of padding in the case and it is quite 'boardy' in the feel of it, but it is fabric covered and looks like it will offer more protection than carrying around a 'naked' device.I'm really happy with it and would recommend it based on fit, quality and budget price (compared to the competition).

So far, very happy with this purchase.
Wasn't sure what size to get as I couldn't identify the version number of my surface pro, however this fits like a glove. Only just taken delivery of it today but so far it seems like a great product and excellent value for money. The USB and other function buttons are still accessible while the computer is in the holder and there's a handy little pen holder on the side. Camera checked and it works both front and rear facing. It is quite easy to quickly fold it up and carry the computer if needed. I have been moving around with it from room to room today and it seems quite stable so I haven't needed to fold it up-just picked it up and carried it with two hands. Overall, it seems like it's exactly what I wanted and I haven't had to pay too much for it.

Good looking solidly built case
The design is very nice. The colour on it is extremely pretty. On operation, the case is pretty good, and allows you to adjust the hinge etc. And also fits the surface pro keyboard in the case. However, the main downside with the case is that it's hard to justify using it on a daily basis, i.e. I would only use it when I bring my surface pro outside of the house. This is because the case is quite fiddly to use if you're used to just whipping open the surface keyboard and using it. The case basically makes it slightly harder to adjust the kickstand. Also, if you're planning on bringing it out and about, the case basically doubles the weight of the surface pro, so if you're looking for a lightweight case this is not the one. Also, if you're looking for a case that can cover all the ports, this is not the case. The ports are left exposed which is a double edged sword as it allows easy access but it leaves the ports exposed.

Great Value and Very Good quality
I went for the dark grey version of this case with a soft denim like cover.I also bought the Omoton Surface Pro 6 screen protector at the same time. You need to put the screen protector on first then install the SP6 into the case. as a package the combination is very effective at protection. My initial impressions are of a very high quality product that protects the SP6 - both in use and in transit.Given the high level of investment in the SP6 and type cover - this is an essential purchase.I am impressed with the cover, so far. Time will tell on durability but it is well made.Updating my review - 1 year on I can confirm that this is a quality case and has kept my Surface Pro is as new condition. Highly recommended for a fragile £1000+ item. Recommend have an additional carry case to store things like the mouse, charger, connecting cables, headphones etc. + a few papers. The Inateck cases are very stylish - I have one with a carrying handle which fits the Surface Pro inside its Fintie case and a small amount of A4 paper/meeting notes too.

Beautiful
Very nice looking, practical and good quality. Ticks all the boxes for a great case. The stitches and structure hold up, so long as you don't have gorilla strength and tug at them like a crazy person. Great for the price.

Bulky
I was in two minds whether to return this item. It is well made but bulky and adds significant weight. The Surface Pro is secured by elastic which is a little clumsy and only effective if you don't take the Surface Pro. Fine if you seek best protection and that, rather than flexibility, is your big concrn.

Turns your surface into a lap top.
This case means you can actually use the surface as a laptop!I have had a surface of one form or another for about 4 years. I like them for many reasons. However, one thing that has always frustrated me is that if you are using it on your lap, it's too unstable to type on the keyboard. This case solves that problem. Because it gives you a stable base under the kick stand, it makes the surface much more versatile when out and about. Its a good looking case, protective but not too bulky, with good access to ports and cooling vents (which is important on I-5 or higher processor).Good value, good design. Good bit of kit.

Sturdy at a table.
It's a good protective case. Very sturdy. The only problem I have is that when I'm using it, I need to use it at a table as if I use it anywhere else, the laptop tends to either begin sliding out of the case or the entire laptop goes horizontal with the keyboard becoming detached from the screen. Maybe my lap is bent.
