So glad I bought this item. So much better than emptying out a commode bucket. The bags are easy to use and fit pefectly into the bucket with no spills. The absorbent pad soaks up everything quickly and the tie handles are robust. Just goes straight in my wheelie bin. Will definitely be buying these going forward.

My mother occasionally stops over but needs the loo frequently at night and the emptying bit in the morning's not such fun....OMG this is a game changer....you just pull up the chords in the morning and it's all been absorbed and you bin it. If you have a permanent need to use a commode I would think these will stop the smell and any chance of drips if you follow me?

Being a carer can be costly as well as heartwarming- and heartbreaking. I've lost count of how many commode liners I bought in the final years of my lovely mother's life but haven't grudged a single one for making my life as well as her's so much easier and more hygienic whether dealing with incontinence or simply needing a commode to be closer and more accessible. This particular brand I favoured more than others with the absorbent pads provided and the size and shape and closures of the liners suitable for full chair commodes or the foldaway commode. It's not an easy topic to discuss but it's a necessary one for unpaid carers because we tend to learn the hard way. And it IS a labour of love. Also remember your local council will provide a separate bin for the disposal of these liners and other waste associated with caring - whether for a child or an older loved one.

Highly absorbent, well priced. Negative - delivered with clear packaging, so my mum was very embarrassed. This item should, by default, have packaging to disguise content.

Good size & strength with strong drawstring I don't now use the absorbent inner liner as this is difficult & messy to separate when emptying - if put down the toilet with the waste, it will block quickly.
