Found it hard to decide which trolley to choose , didn't want to spend the earth but wanted quality product easy to use and pullthis is doing the job, happy with purchase and I can tell difference in quality when I use it.Excellent product and service

Having struggled to cope with split bags, unstable loads causing sideways toppling, and broken wheels on cheap trolleys I decided to splash out on what was billed and reviewed as a well constructed and stable trolley. The construction, though lightweight, is excellent. It is easy to pull along and its wide wheelbase gives it stability. The bag is made of strong material and is held firmly in place by straps with velcro fastenings. The only problem with it is that ithe frame folds, a feature which I don't actually need. When folded out, or extended to the usual operating configuration, there appears to be a comfortable handgrip half-way up which makes it convenient to lift on and off buses etc. This is fine when the bag is empty, but when fully loaded the weight of the bag pulls the bottom half of the frame out of the locked position, the frame starts to collapse and the lower part with the wheels tends to move towards your leg. What is needed is a positive latching mechanism to lock the frame rigid so this can't happen.

After one year of weekly hard use this trolley has surpassed my expectations. Several times it was loaded with more than maximum weight quoted and often has a full shopping bag on top, allowing the handle to be reached comfortably while holding the bag. It never missed a beat or shows any sign of wear. Superb. Would buy another anytime.
