These really work!
These are the business.Over the years I have spent a lot of money of the rubbery rug or fibre grippers that slip under rugs and carpets. All useless. These press studs actually work. However, the are only good for wooden floors, as you have to physically screw the studs into the planks. Note that you will have to sew the other half of the stud onto the bottom of your rug or carpet by hand.That said, these will definitely stop rugs and mats slipping !

These did the job
These were needed for an unusual application, to fasten a small carpet to a wall to protect it from cats.These fasteners were the best way to do this.I used similar ones in the 1960s but those need to be sewn to the carpet.
