Easy to assemble, excellent outcome
It was my first 3d printing experience. Came truly mostly assembled, literally 4 screws, 4 connectors and loading the filament. And the outcome is attached :) there is no touchscreen, which is totally unnecessary. But seems missing wifi is the only downside, so have to load the code every time using MicroSD.

Working well, entry level but pretty easy setup
This is my first 3D printer so I'm not an expert. I used a YouTube video for setup as the included instructions aren't great, assuming some prior familiarity with things. The printer came more assembled than the instructions (and YouTube) said, which was welcome. There is some filament included and also some simple printable files so you can go straight away.I had some experimentation to get first-layer adhesion, so I read some online questions/answers and mixed the z-axis offset down (larger negative number) and that did it.It's early days but most things I've tried have worked. I've downloaded the free version of Fusion 360 and made some things from scratch with that (and the slicer that shipped with the printer), that seems like fairly easy software to start with designing your own stuff. In summary, this has been easy and rewarding, with good printed results that have been fun and worth showing people.

Easy assembly. Simple to control.
Straightforward assembly. As usual a minimum How To book but enough to get you going. Comes with a small amount of PLA material to run test prints with. Trying to get answers to questions on their site seems to be difficult. Members section not too helpful and the official "chat" system doesn't appear to work at all.My local Library has a maker space and Pierce who runs it is very helpful, and an Ender user. Lucky me.

Terrible quality printers and no customer service.
*** Important Update****Like fool I bought a second Ender 3 V2 Neo. Faulty withing a few days it decided to fail as well and I never got a full print from it. Creality refused to respond to my requests for help and after 6 months the printer ended up as scrap. Now they are saying they never got any emails from me despite them actually replying to one of them, with one word "Sorry" but no help at all. Stay well away from them. The customer service just doesn't exist and the printers are very poor quality and no quality control at all.

Brilliant for beginners or even more advanced users
The media could not be loaded. My original review wasn't published for some reason but I will try again as I feel this needs the praise.Firstly it was well packaged and the building instructions are so simple my 10yr old actually built this using the video on the micro sd card/website, I just had to check the tightness of the bolts. He even leveled the bed following the video and was a little low to start with but overall it is easy to build.I've owned a ender 3 for a few years and made a few comparisons as I upgraded mine over the years. The neo comes with upgrades like;Cr-touch bed levelingSilent motherboardColour screenBuilt in power supplyBelt covers and tensionersMagnetic bedAll of the above is what hobbyists upgrade themselves so to have this included is great and makes the printer so much better.First print hit the bed, this was my son's first time so let him off.Second attempt and we haven't had to move anything as it printed so well. The new build-tak bed grips well and then releases easily.I have managed very good quality prints at a speed of 150mm/s.The preview image on screen needs to be used with the included creality slicer and saved 'in creality format' otherwise you won't get a preview image.Overall a very good 3D printer and a well worth upgrade over the ender 3 standard. If you are new to 3D printing this makes it so much easier so set up.
