It is very easy to use and easy to setup. Everything is well documented so I had it up and running in no time. I really like that you can choose from 3 profiles. I have one for myself and one I can set when people visit. It gets firmware updates automatically and is very solid and doesn't glitch or freeze up! It's really nice how easy it is to also change the time it spends on each screen. It is set to 3 seconds but has many choices. I'm purchasing another one for the man cave. I assume I won't have issues with two running on the same internet, but will come back and update if I do.

If you like sports and I mean, you really like sports, then don’t read past this sentence because for sports it’s actually pretty good.If you’re still reading, I want to like this product, but right now it’s a paperweight…an expensive one, and I’m either going to return it or throw it in the trash.I have two big problems; 1) the screen flickers, it’s plugged directly into an outlet so I can’t say for sure what the problem is and 2) it doesn’t turn back on when you send it to sleep. It’ll turn off at the right time, but never comes back up.Here are the other problems I have with it:3. Can’t unselect a city for tide information (no big deal, it’s one screen)4. Weather displays a moon when it should display a sun.5. Gas prices not displayed (any quality).6. AQI and UV are off all the time.7. Lotto does not display correctly.8. Cannot add some ticker symbols to the display.9. MLB standings displays one team twice and with different Win/Loss record.I’ve emailed support and have not heard back from them.

UPDATE: I'm changing to 5 stars. The company reached out to us and attempted to reset the system. When it did not work, they sent out a replacement unit without any issue and we have had zero issues, My husband LOVES the system and he loves showing it off to his jealous friends!Can't beat customer service also 5 stars.I bought this as a gift for my husband in Sept. It was a little difficult to understand the directions to set it up but once it was - my husband LOVED it. BUT here we are 5 months later and now it will not reconnect to our wifi no matter what we do. It would periodically drop the connection but it always reconnected (after some messing around with it) but this last time it did not. We have tried from a different device, we have removed it completely and started again to no avail. Of course it is past the time to send it back but (hopefully) thankfully I purchased the extended warranty with it. I have just submitted a claim - I hope it comes through. It is my first time ever having to file a claim so I am not sure what to expect here. I hope they can replace it with a working one as he really did love it.

When it works, it isn't bad. The problem is when it doesn't. A few of the issues I've run into: Ohio St and Ok St. This one is minor, but when Ok St was on a bye week, it showed as Ohio St., during the Pro Bowl, it just showed NFL v NFL. And these problems happen periodically with other teams as well. Next, the "weather"...well, it worked every once and awhile. And these problems just seem to be nuanced throughout it. Obviously, I'm keeping it, at least at this point I'd have no other options, but it isn't horrible. If I'm stuck at my computer during an important game, for the most part, I have the score, so there's that.This isn't something for something for someone that lives anything this shows, it's bound to let you down. If, however, it isn't the end all of something doesn't show, but you care enough to most likely have it, then it isn't a bad purchase if you have the money just sitting around.
