I love that these will stay on for a long period and they are breathable. I love all the different colors so you can change it up!

I bought these to replace/supplement the ones that came with the Dexcom G7. They fit well and are larger but can be a bit more difficult to put on than the ones from Dexcom. The real issue for me is that the adhesive on these patches has resulted in intense itching at the contact site. If you have sensitive skin, these might not be for you.

I’ve had no success w/ over patches of this style that are made of cotton. From T-Shirts to tampons, there’s a reason ‘cotton’ is used, and used for 24hrs or less. Besides the fact that cotton is highly absorbent, Water, sweat, aren’t the only problems the device is faced with. So the others and their claim that their patches are ‘waterproofed’ has done very little to increase the length of time that my G7 has stayed attached. In addition, the climate here in SE Louisiana, and my body’s reaction to it, there’s no amount of waterproofing that can fend off the amount of moisture my Dexcom is subjected to. It’s for these reasons and more, The expectation of it lasting 10 days, is not realistic. with that in mind, I sought out a ‘non-cotton’ over patch of this style and in my quest, I discovered this patch made of ‘rayon.’ It was the only one of its type that I could find on Amazon that wasn’t made of cotton. And just as I expected, it holds up in the heat and humidity of south Louisiana. Whether I’m outdoors sweating profusely, indoors doing cardio, and through 10-15 showers. With the use of ‘Skin-Tac,” this over patch remained secure and intact to the back of my arm, below my shoulder throughout the 10 day duration needed for my Dexcom G7.

They were great had the best adhesive

The backing in the adhesive parts are a guessing game. Once you finally get the white paper off it literally it heaves to itself and Rolls up. After wasting two on my third try, I finally got it to stick to my skin and over my Dexcom. Just for it to literally unroll from my skin on the third day. For 110 day Dexcom I went through four patches. I’ll stick to the premium overlay patches that Dexcom offers. My neighbor who is a nurse also attempted to put this overlay patch on me. She threw her hands up in the air and said this is absolutely ridiculous.!

If you want to put your pod on your arm and you are an older woman, the clear may fit your style better. I find it does mine, although I still have the scenic ones and find them a fun idea still. These work great, work like your skin in that they cling and move with your skin well.

These work alot better than the Skin Grip patches & better than the sensor stickiness gives that Extra Grip on top of the Sensor itself definitely gonna continue to purchase these as needed as long as I'm using the Dexcom G6 Sensor & transmitter ! 10/10

The patches don't stick the full 10 days. they start coming off the next day.
