This is a fantastic bit of kit! Yeah yeah, I know there is millions on the market and believe me, I’ve been through a few. But I was especially impressed with this one, the price is great, it fits in your hand nicely and all the buttons are nice and easy to press, additionally they are all within reaching distance, which is a bonus, no messing about trying to change your grip. There is a laser pointer in the end which is useful and the forward and back buttons are perfectly placed below the laser button. The USB receiver is larger than I’d have liked but it is so easy to plug and play it doesn’t matter, and to make things easier there is a slot in the bottom of the controller the usb slots in for storage. I literally put the batteries in the controller plugged the usb in and it worked straight away. To make it even better it comes with a nice zip up case to store it in and the box it all comes in makes it feel like a really expensive product.All in all I’m impressed, and so are my colleagues who have borrowed it (they all want one too now). Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Would I buy it again? Definitely. A simple, easy to use, premium product at a reasonable not so premium price. I should mention the company too. I got a lovely email from the owner of the company thanking me for my purchase, and encouraging me to let him know my thoughts on the product, good or bad. The item came well packaged and tracking was available throughout. Once again if you are looking for one of these. I’d highly recommend it’s this one you choose.

The Red Star is ideal for serious lecturers who want to present their lectures in a professional manner. The Red star is small enough to fit in your palm, easy to navigate and can quickly change slides on a click of the arrow. The Red star gives you freedom to move around the room as you interact with your audience (students in my case), and helps to increase intellectual intimacy. The infra green light is useful for pointing at key messages without standing in front of the presentation. Finally, the cost is well worth it and value for money.Ideal for me as a busy lecturer and easy to carry around as it is light in weight.

Red Star Tec Wireless Powerpoint and Keynote Presentation Remote Clicker PR-819 (Black, 1 Pack)I read the reviews before deciding to choose this little tool.It has been everything it has been described - good quality for the price, works first time without having to configure - just plug and use and the only 'negative' noted was as others has said, the 'on-off' switch is really 'light' and may not take much abuse if you were to use it on a daily basis.I have only perhaps two/three talks a month so for me, its money well spent!!Its worthy of note that the lazer pointer is a definite added extra and it has made presenting easier - a feature which some dearer models don't have!!All in all... a value for money item that will suit the casual user and serve them loyally!

This presenter is designed for both Apple & MS software. I use a MacBook Pro. I normally use my iPhone to work a Keynote presentation but a 97-year old friend is using my MacBook for his presentation so I bought this presenter to make it easier for him.The set up is quite straightforward, plug in the USB memory stick and follow the on-screen instructions.The two smaller buttons (launch a presentation and blank the screen) only work on PowerPoint, using them on a Mac doesn't work and can delete some text from the current slide; best to cover the buttons with tape to prevent their use.The forward and back buttons work well and are easy to use.The laser pointer needs to have a more pronounced button; it's slightly recessed and it's too easy to advance to the next slide instead of activating the laser pointer.The device is almost an exact copy of the Logictech (but much cheaper) and fits neatly in the palm of the hand.

Build quality feels good and shaped to fit nicely and comfortably in the hand. The transmitter pairs immediately without trouble. USB wireless dongle stores in the unit so you won't lose it. Switches feel firm have a positive but quiet click. Seems to work wherever it is pointing. Makes slide changing easy and relaxed with the convenient laser built in if needed. Comes with a tailored neoprine pouch - I take the batteries out and keep them in the pouch if it is not like;y to be used for several weeks - otherwise make sure you switch it off when putting it away. There are cheaper ones but I didn't want to take the risk !

We are a small church who until recently used a person operating a laptop for AV PowerPoint presentations. Inevitably this led to interrupted flow as speakers asked for "next slide please". That all changed with the purchase of this remote, which the speaker can control. It is absolutely first class, so easy to use after a minute of explaining the controls. The signal is omnidirectional and doesn't need to be pointed directly at the laptop, or be close. Absolutely delighted with this purchase and also with the support offered by the manufacturer to ensure our satisfaction with the product.

This 'plug in and go', ergonomic remote clicker is probably the best resource I've bought to add the 'wow' factor to my presentations. It's extremely easy to use; fits snuggly in the palm of the hand; and is logical to use. It also looks good. The bright blue colour ensures I won't leave it behind anywhere! I've used it a few times already and it just frees me up to wander around the room while clicking and moving my slides on. It feels so good not to be stuck behind a laptop as it makes my presentations all the more personal and engaging. I urge you to buy this product! You won't regret it.
