Scanner worked as advertised. I needed to contact support to make a configuration change and they responded within a hour.

Does not do well with rapid scans, it is sometimes a bit slow when you present many items rapidly, so it would not be suitable in an environment where fast scans are required. Also, not good as an omni-directional scanner, it is very slow and sometimes non-responsive when the barcode is not presented horizontally. It does not perform like the established name brands, and those cost at least 3 times as much, so for the price, it is Ok.

- Accuracy isn’t amazing, but it’s not bad. There’s no “off” button so there’s a glaring light that’s on the whole time.- It’s ginormous.. for no reason. Scanning area doesn’t offer a larger area, to warrant the size. (I’m half exaggerating, but the round top part, is the size of a magic 8 ball toy).- plug and play. Super easy

Initially we thought the scanner was not compatible with the original system so we kept it and purchased the Honeywell scanner at 3 times the cost (worked brilliantly), however we got a second system that the Eyoyo should be compatible with only to realize the product received was defective. It was not not coming on because it wasn't compatible; it was just a broken device that was sent to us. Unfortunately we've had it so long were way outside of the return window.
