Love this kettle!!! All kettles I've bought recently have had to be returned for one reason or another, I'd almost lost hope of replacing my old kettle, but no faults with one... this is a keeper!! Ideal for anyone who has problems remembering to flip the spout lid down. This has a strong hinge on the spout lid which flips shut automatically when you let go of the lever, so no chance of boiling it dry without hearing a very loud whistle! Will be buying one for my brother who has also had no success with kettles either. Seems this is the only kettle worth buying!

I love this kettle. It looks gorgeous on the hob and the whistle isn't ear piercing. It's got a wide bottom so the flames are not flickering up at the side of it and so far no tarnish, which is usual with stove top kettles. It heats up quickly and pours really well.If you happen to splash whilst cooking it only needs a wipe clean and polish off with dry lint free cloth to bring it back to its glossy glory.I love it!!
