Alright so here's a quick in-depth review for y'all.It does everything as described except the main use point. I didn't feel like it made me sweat anymore than I would've on my own wearing sweats or normal workout clothes. This suit simply captured the water, but it didn't help create more. Maybe because of the ventilation or super soft and flexible fabric used? Idk and to be honest idc. I just want my product I consume to work. So yes, it does ventilate, come off easily, flex and is comfy, and change colors. No, it did not help me sweat more or heat me up during exercise any more than whats in my closet would have. I can't be TOO mad because I don't recall seeing any promises it would work as well as a regular plain old sauna suit, but: Is a sauna suit that doesn't sauna, really a sauna suit? (Say that 4x fast at the end of this...) Anyway, Food for thought. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

I got this for my husband and he absolutely loves it! He has gone through so many sauna suits that just rip or tear and are hard to wash. We finally found a good one and this is it! This came with a small wash bag which I thought was pretty cool. I washed this on a delicates cycle in the provided wash bag and hung to dry. It washed great! No rips or damage what-so-ever! The jacket also has a drawn string to tighten securely around the waist. Really well made sauna suit that works!
