Durable !
Had these for a year or so amazing bands !!Thick and durable ! Have no issues with it and has not lost its elasticity. Granted I don’t work out everyday but still holds up for those light work out days

This are awesome! After having then for a year their still sturdy and have a good grip. Great durability

Great resistance bands that really make you work!
These bands are great! They come in small, medium and large sizes and are color coded to help you tell the difference. The bands came with a free gift that you'll see in my 5th picture (the blue resistance band with handles). That was a nice surprise! I have used that many times already as well.I do wish that the bands were labeled with Small, Medium and Large so that I knew the size right away when picking them up. The bands also have a strange smell to them, but that is a minor thing for me. The bands are thick and strong enough to create a good amount of resistance when doing exercises. My husband has also used them and enjoys the strong resistance they give.*Disclaimer: I received this item free for my honest and unbiased review.

Very very very very intense workout
I have used resistance bands in the past, but they were the more stretchy rubbery kind of material. These i swear to you do not freakin budge. So it gives you this intense stability. If you are doing squats or little crab walks these are perfect! But when I try to put them around my ankles to do some hip abductions, it truly just doesn't work. Like I said, these can give you immediate results as they will give you the resistance you're asking for, but personally for me and my leg strength there is very little I can actually do with this before they start hurting in the wrong kind of way

long blue band no longer included, still great quality
I love the colors and the stretch. They give great even resistance as you pull on them.I was slightly disappointed that I didn’t get a long blue resistance band with mine as all the other reviews show! (There are pictures of it on the ads too) But I guess that was just a temporary add on?
