OP/TECH 1301252 3/8" Webbing System Connectors, Black

I have optech straps on all my cameras, because they make a real difference to the perceived weight of the camera when you are carrying it all day. When I bought my new digital slr, it was a no-brainer to keep with optech, but to buy the connectors and use the strap from another camera. Excellent system, and quick delivery from this seller.

If you have already got a strap that you are happy with, why buy another for your other camera? Just buy the web connectors instead, use the main piece of your strap and away you go. They're great!

Okay, but not perfect. I am still looking for a solution that allows me to swap my camera and binoculars between a neck strap and a full chest harness at will. The Optech neck strap and chest harness comb don't quite cut it. The problem is that the webbing that attached to the camera/binoculars needs to be very short when using the chest harness and much longer when using the neck strap - which is decidedly inconvenient. A further problem is that the webbing that attached to the camera/binoculars needs to be able to hold the camera eyepiece cover or the binocular eyepiece cover. These webbing system connectors do allow me to attach the eyepiece covers but end up being too long to use with the chest harness...

Enables a regular camera lug to be fitted to the Op/Tech strap system. Works well if you have tight clearances or D-rings, for example. Good value

Super Strap system, been looking at these for some time and wish I had done so earlier, I have four camera bodies and can no manage with just two straps.

OP/TECH specializes in camera straps with interchangeable ends, which they call "connectors." The idea is, if you've got - say - a DSLR, a 35mm film camera and a medium-format camera, you buy one strap, put the connectors on one of your cameras, then buy more connectors for your other cameras. This way, you're only buying the expensive part of the strap - the thing in the middle that goes around your neck - once. And these straps are REALLY comfortable; I haul around big Nikons with big photojournalism lenses with these straps and can just go all day. These are made of synthetic fibers rather than thick cowhide leather so people who refuse to use animal products can buy these with confidence.This is not the only OP/TECH connector on offer; they have pretty much any camera-end style you like, including the unique end on a manual-focus Hasselblad. I don't have a Blad - I'd really like one but the choices you have these days are "worn-out" and "too expensive for me" - but if you have one and don't have the strap that came with it from the factory, OP/TECH seems to be the only game in town.Now, please understand: if you don't currently own a complete OP/TECH strap this product isn't for you. You must have the center section to use these.

Je cherchais ce type de produit dans une marque concurrente au grand R, mais ne trouvant pas, j'ai tenté ce modèle de chez OP/tech. Et c'est vraiment parfait, les clips sont parfaitement compatible ( j'ai supprimé un peu de longueur pour que ça soit confortable). Cela me permet de me servir de ma sangle multifonction.
