For iPhone 7/ 7 Plus/ 8/ 8 Plus/ X/ XS/ XR or Newer iPhone, Lightning to 3.5mm Adapter is required(Supplied by Apple).

Q: Does this fit a alcatel mobile phone

Hi, I bought the USB version of the headset as I required to use it with my laptop. The version showing in your picture has a 3.5mm connector. Most mobile phones 9(less newer models of iPhone) have a 3.5mm socket for head phones so it may work but I cannot be certain. Hope this helps.
