Puppy had a ball with this item!
My dog is obsessed with balls and especially chasing them. We had used a Nerf product which he like but this automatic launcher took it to another level. He gets so excited barking at it and getting a head start to chase the balls. He actually will sit beside the bed at night and stare at me until I get out of bed to go cut the machine on :0) The product works great although there were a couple of times that it didn't engage and launch. I would highly recommend if you have a dog who likes chasing balls!

Some dogs are scared of the noise…
…like my dog. I tried, her sitter tried. She would only go get treats that we put in, but the balls are a no-go. I was going to return it (at first I couldn’t make it work).. once I figured it out, I sent it to my corgi’s border. She tried & tried. Anyway, she takes in dogs all the time so we left it with her.

It's ok
My old one worked while plugged in and stayed on all the time so my dog could put the ball in any time he wanted. Not an option on this. Read the fine print

Good for small to medium dogs only
very noisy and no matter what setting you put it on, it only throws the ball about 10 - 15 feet. Not good for large dogs at all

Best thing ever
My over active puppy loves this. The minute she sees it she can't wait for me to drop the ball. She's learning to drop the ball herself and will play forever if you let her. Well worth it
