Q: Can you completely turn off all the lights, including the lights on the sides?

Q: Is there a way to turn off the clicking sound, or is there a different but similar model as the white without the clicking noise?

You can go for red switch version. It is linear with low typing sound. Let us know through customer services and we would love to serve you well

Q: How do I get replacement keycaps and the rings around them?

Well you can change the caps but the not the switches, they are soldiered to the board. RK Royal Kludge does offer they're own set of replacement key caps one type is a solid non illuminate type and the other offers translucent letters and numbers and other. They are listed in the Amazon store. You should have gotten a tool that came with the Keyboard to remove the caps.

Q: I tried using with my Mac and It doesn't seem to be compatible. I need to unplug and plug back in whenever I turn my Mac on. Is there a remedy?

yes and no. I have a Mac book pro and I plug in the cord for the keyboard to a LENTON 4-IN-1 USB-C HUB WITH TYPE C,USB 3.0,USB 2.0, that's compatible with Mac book pros. Amazon sells them for $16 right now. once plugged in to your Mac, it will ask you to sync the keyboard as a "new accessory" follow the instructions and you should be typing away. I still have to replug in my keyboard from time to time, but I don't find it to bee a big deal!. Hope this info helps!
