An amazing product! Very good for brain health and removing spike proteins, if injured from vaccines. I got this because a health book recommended to get NAC to encourage glutathione production in the liver (rather than taking a glutathione supplement itself). Glutathione is an antioxidant.So, the dose is take 2 on empty stomach~~ pills are smelly like sulfur! But that's fine.It makes my stomach hurt a little bit after taking it but goes away then I feel good. So, sometimes I take just one and that's a little easier on my stomach.
