Flawlessly cools
What I did like about it was the fact that it keeps my custom build PC processor cool. I have a B650 tomahawk board and a 8 core processor. Since I know about computers I understand the airflow direction. If your not familiar your going to have to Google the airflow direction because it's not labeled.. Also if you like lights then your good, this has lots of flashing lights and fans change colors or you can program different patterns with the light. Overall I've had this cooler for 4 months and have had zero issues..

At least it leaked in the box and not inside my case!
Well at first glance I was actually kind of impressed when I opened the box, and saw how neat it was packed inside, took the components out and as soon as I set the rad down i felt my hand was wet….and then, like a slap in the face, a pump hose was not connected to the pump head! Ya I think I’ve learned a lesson on this one….and I think everyone else should too. Pass over the AIOs that are incredibly priced and move up to mid range in price at minimum. Actually I had a 54 dollar 280mm AIO by ID-Cooling, and it kept my i7 13700K below 52 Celsius gaming. Wishing they had a 360mm AIO, I would definitely buy! Well I’ve sent the vendor a email so let’s see what happens!

Cools Great!
For the price not a bad Water Cooler. Using it with ASUS Z690-PLUS TUF Gaming WiFi DDR4 Intel LGA 1700 ATX Motherboard & a Intel Core i7-12700K Alder Lake 3.6GHz Twelve-Core LGA 1700 Boxed Processor. It keeps the processor around 35C. The ARGB plugs into the board and syncs with my other fans.

I would give it 5 stars
I would give it 5 stars if it would've come with the am4 back plate. Had to use my old tower cooler backplate and make it work.

Did not work, is there customer support?
Item does not work. I'm guessing packaging is the issue. The box looked okay, but the item could slide around the box by 6 ". The item kinda seemed to work, tube would get warm, but PC 80+ just sitting in bios. Not sure if an issue, but I would see rpm of the pump randomly show up while in bios.Install was a PITA. AMD A4 socket, after multiple configurations I figured it out. You have to put the rubber grommets on the MB facing side of the heatsink bracket. Requesting a replacement and will retry. 1 star for now.

FITS in a Q300L Micro-ATX!! Keeps OC 12th gen cool
FITS in a Q300L Micro-ATX!! Kind of lol. Keeps OC 12th gen cool. My i5 12600k is oc'd about 40% using asus AI easy OC utility. With a new deepCool 120mm I would see cores in the 90's consistently. I bought this off eBay for $58 and a new contact frame and now at 4k gaming 120fps Destiny 2 EVERYTHING on ultra never goes above 78. I love the 4070 ti btw. Need to flex lol

UPDATE! TRASH did not last 6 months
it was just a few mm short of reaching my cpu. I replaced the screws and added some pvc spacers to get it to reach. It seems to work just fine after that. I have a standard ATX case (tuf gaming) it does not have the mounting on the top of the case just the front. I unplugged the led lights because the flicker very fast and my daughter is epileptic. just as a precaution.6 months later: junked it when it started leaking. I'm going back to air cooled fan. I am so lucky the radiator leaked out the front and not all over my MB I hate getting lawyers involved!

If you get it buy quieter fans along side.
Product doesn't seem to bad but it's almost 30 dB loud. You van hear it and can definitely hear it when it ramps up. The aio itself doesn't seem to bad but the wiring for the fans and rbg is really weird. I connected the fans and rgb together instead of pluging it into a header. The rgb isn't bad but not the best. If I wish to change the lighting I have to open my case and change it with the buttons.
