I did not have high expectations, however, this has exceeded those expectations. It works like a dream. It cleans corners better than I thought using the brush. It sucks in a hell lot of dust from the low ground clearance it has and much better than a hand held vacuum. It takes it sweet time to clean the house while being unattended to. Yeah you need to ensure that you clear the floor of some things even though it can manouver around them easily if you want the vacuum to clean well. Once in a while it does forget it's map but that's for a few mins until it figures it out by itself. Hair does get entangled but it doesn't hamper the cleaning and as advertised the hair easily comes off like magic! I don't use the mop that often because I personally believe dragging such a small piece of cloth all around the house isn't really good. But I use the mopping function for select room cleaning and it's beautiful when it completes it's job. I bought extra mop cloths and change after every mop session. The battery is more than enough for a home of 2000 sqft. I just wish I could add more permutations for scheduled cleaning sessions as it allows me to for ad hoc room cleaning sessions. It has no problems doing its job in a dark room as it works on laser.
