As someone who tries to stay active and also just generally aims to drink more water, I've found these tablets to be an absolute game-changer. I use these to remind me to drink more. When I regularly drink them I find I am less tired.I do not have a sweet tooth, and I find these a little sweet for me tbh. I've tried several flavours and my preference is the tropical, which I have on subscription. As there's only 20 tablets in a tube, I supplement with other flavours for a change.I like the berry flavour, but the pink grapefruit, which I was hoping would be less sweet, actually has no grapefruit flavour, it's just sweet water, but is a very pretty pink colour 😊. I currently have the strawberry and kiwi on order to try.Overall, I will continue to take them every day.

I’ve been using the High5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets for several months now and they’ve become an everyday essential in my routine. Literally have one daily! While they’re technically marketed as a sports hydration product, I personally use them more for general hydration throughout the day - and they’ve made such a difference as I noticed that they make me a lot less tired!I do usually get the ones with the caffiene in but got these this time around!These have a slightly sweeter flavour than the caffeinated version but still a really lovely flavour! On their own, they’re still nice, but I like to add a splash of squash/diluting juice. Just makes it more like juice! I love it this way and I actually look forward to drinking it daily! If you're someone who struggles to drink enough water, this is a brilliant way to make you feel more hydrated and less tired! Of course you should always drink water but these do help!I love that they’re sugar-free and have 0 calories, but still have electrolytes (the point of getting them lol) and some Vitamin C. I’ve definitely noticed that I feel less sluggish now that I have one daily, especially during warmer months or if I’ve not drunk enough water the day befpre. They're also great after long walks or a busy day when you need a little something extra to help your body rehydrate! They are to help with exercse/sports of course!This is genuinely just part of my daily routine now. I’ve found they help reduce that dry, tired feeling you sometimes get mid-afternoon, and they make it so easy to get more water in without any added sugar or artificial nonsense.If you find them a little strong, or prefer a lighter taste, just pop half a tablet in instead. Or add more water/squash to adjust the flavour exactly how you like it. Super versatile!
