Q: Hi I just get this remote today but there is some shaking inside the remote like something break is it like that or something wrong with it

That is not normal. Get it changed in case it's serious and/or does more damage later.

Q: I know this has backlit buttons but are the activity buttons at the top of the remote also backlit or is it just the buttons below the screen?

Hi, having just checked my unit I can confirm that the buttons below the screen (and the screen itself) are backlit. The buttons above the screen are not.

Q: how long do the batteries last

The first model I had came through an Amazn 'supplier' and the battery lasted 2 weeks.Got a replacement direct from Amazon and now they last months.Good idea to switch off the automatic lighting of buttons when the remote is moved to preserve battery life.

Q: Will this work with tivo box

If you are referring to the Virgin Media TIVO box then yes it does, works with the v6 box too. I have an NVIDIA Shield, Sony 4K TV, Sony 4K Blu-ray Player, Denon Amp all connected and working through this. I even had an old media player which the shield replaced made by acryan - it even works that. The integration with google home is good too as I can ask google to turn on Shield, or Bluray and it switches everything on and onto the correct inputs. Great remote cannot recommended it enough
