Seem ok, no noticeable benefits yet. If you bite one and suck the oil out you will be amazed how thick the gelatine capsule is.

I've been taking these for nearly a year now, and as It goes for my daily routine I take 3 of these in the morning (in one go) just before I have something to eat, so with that being said let me tell you a couple of things.These tablets are easy to swallow and can be taken together (up to 3) if you wish to speed up the process. Still, it is also quite crucial to have these with something to eat with these capsules otherwise after about 20mins and onwards for up to 4 hours in my experience if you burp and have some form of gas you will get a really strong smell of fish which can be off-putting, this is more of a concern for people around you but it can still be unpleasant for yourself. If you have these capsules with food the problem is non-existent which is going to be a big relief for some of you.The only negative thing I will say is when i purchased my first batch during a heat wave, all of my tablets were stuck together and a pain to break apart. I thought this is worth noting and you should buy these before or two months after a potential heatwave to avoid disappointment.✪ Would RecommendI hope you found this informative.
