A friend had these and I was using too often so purchased my own. Great for crafting. Punched and applied through multiple layers of fabric.Make sure you match up the parts correctly, removing a snap is not easy! Also be sure to clamp it good or it will come loose. Be careful, the tool to pre-punch holes can slip and pierce skin!

Some people may have had trouble, but it’s perfectly functional. As a first time user I like it, I’ve used it on dresses, baby clothes, rompers... it works with no issues, just make sure it’s lined up well. Would definitely buy it again!

I use these for thread beds, for my cross stitch project bags that I make. I like that everything you need comes with the kit, and it's very easy to use. There's also a great variety of colors, and they even give you tiny little Ziploc bags to put them in after you open each color.

I realized I did not have the correct snap pliers for installing T5 plastic snaps only the one for metal snaps. This is a great value and gave a nice finish to the closure on the little wallets I have been making. Much easier to install than the metal type snaps. So far they hold well in place and I was able to install the snaps quickly in seconds. The snaps have a smooth finish and just the right size for my projects. The snaps are easy to close and hold securely. The entire set had a better price than going to the craft store where they sell the pliers without any accessories. These will come in handy for many projects in the future.

Worked great for my project and has a nice assortment of colors

Nice variety of colors and I will never run out of snaps! However, the first one I used came undone that same day. I will try another one and I'm hoping it will hold. They should be fine on light weight fabric that isn't going to be unsnapped frequently. I put it on two layers of fabric and an item that is snapped and unsnapped several times a day.
