Q: Can i plug my harmony ir blastersinto the sofabaton hub? the reason i'm asking is i built 50' ir cable that runs to my reciever in a closet

I have not tried it but I think it will work. However this is not a really good unit. I had a harmony and it is worlds better. This one is clunky to use and you have to constantly sync it.

Q: Can you set favorite tv channels?

It is recommended to create a macro button under Activity, such as channel 1542, then create a macro to execute the commands of the three keys of 1,5,4 and 2. You can add it via key favorites or the new macro in Assign key for X1-Remote. key favorites is only displayed on the screen. per assigning key for X1-Remote which will be assigned as a physical key (which can be controlled by one key on the remote ), If you need the reference video, please contact us at sofabaton@outlook.com

Q: Will this work on Chromecast with google tv?

I believe it will. You can check with sofa baton's customer service. They are excellent responding to questions and issues. That said, I am running through Apple TV, and can't get it to effectively work with my components. I don't think the product is ready for prime time. Good Luck.
