Worth the cost, excellent quality.Was surprised how well I love this pillow.  Within 2 days my neck stopped hurting and I stopped grinding my teeth. There is absolutely no "funky" smell like in other reviews and the pillow is not too hard and not too soft as I read in other reviews. The high quality memory foam of this pillow seems durable, and the cover is very soft so you can use it with or without an actual pillow covering. Now with this pillow, I do not have pain in my neck and shoulder any more upon waking. You can't go wrong with trying it out as you might be pleasantly surprised like I was!

I’m a side and stomach sleeper with a neck that lacks normal curvature so a regularly shaped pillow was not providing enough support. I would wake up with neck pain and headaches. With this pillow I have slept better than ever. It provides the extra support my neck needs with the right amount of firmness. I do have a small frame and head so a larger person with more head mass may not get the same results. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a pillow that will give you support and you are a small to medium framed woman.

I just received this lovely pillow, can't help to share with you how much I love it. very comfortable with a great feeling of touch. I am surprised that this little thing did help me sleep better. My kids wanted use it as well, after seeing my satisfaction. I will probably be ended to go buy more for every one in my family. Delivery is very fast. if some thing else to add, I think the producer is thoughtful to include an additional case.

I heard a lot about the so called Sleep Innovation. This neck pillow definitely make me understand the meaning of this concept. After pressing my hand on the pillow, it shapes my hand. This happens on my neck, too. I have neck pain for years. I fly all year long and my neck has a big problem. For this sake, I am picky to the pillows. I used to use a pillow filled with tea seeds, which is a recipe given by a nutritionist. This bamboo pillow make me feel good on the neck.

I love this pillow, i sleep more soundly than before and it's great for side or back sleeping. A little small for a standard pillow case so maybe shop for smaller sized cases if you mind the extra fabric.

I'm not sure what pillow the other reviewers received, but mine was NOT memory foam or anything close. It was just regular old pillow material in a contoured shape. Not supportive at all. Garbage. Returning immediately.

I bought the pillow because my neck was bothering me after my old neck pillow had to be gotten rid of and I was sleeping on a regular pillow. This neck pillow, however, is very hard and uncomfortable and my neck is bothering me from this pillow. I need to buy another pillow.

The foam collapses so much that it turns hard when you lay on it. Gave me no support, and no sleep. Must return it. N
