I am about to finish my first bottle soon. I have been taking them once daily. Since I found out about my vitamin D deficiency I started taking supplements ( Vit d+ Vit k2 + fish oil+ magnesium capsules). I also eat magnesium-rich foods to ensure enough daily intake. My Vitamin D levels have returned to normal. ( Thank God!) Magnesium is an essential supplement when supplementing with Vit D. I did not have any side effects when taking this combination. Magnesium Glycinate by "THE VITAMIN FACTORY"I've tried several brands and I gotta say, it's the most potent I have found. Most are ground rice. I ate 1 capsule on an empty stomach and it hit hard. No ground rice here. Actually helping get rid of muscle cramps. This is all I'm gonna buy from now on.

I’ve had other brands but this one not just doesn’t contribute to my sleep quality but also gives me a headache and restless nights . Would avoid this brand.

I Was surprised that these actually work. My daily nightmares and anxiety reduced immediately after two days of taking these tablets every night... Looking forward to the benefits now.The packaging was good and luckily no foul smell like some of the reviews mentioned. Guess I got a good batch!
