Sony PSP 1000 Button Flex Ribbon Cable Set [repair part] [video game][Bulk Packaging]

If your old PSP is giving you hassles with certain buttons malfunctioning try this unit. All you have to do is to remove the old ribbon cable and carefully insert this replacement ribbon cable - My PSP works like the day I bought it. For some reason I think this cable is even better than the original one, as it seems a little bit sturdier. Time will tell, but thus far I have encountered no problems whatsoever. If you are looking for instructions - try the you tube search and you will find lots of instruction on how to replace this ribbon cable - good luck.

It is what it is, be careful when opening your PSP, the screen is like a magnet for dust and grease from your fingers. I won't bitch about it because the ribbon cable was cheap, but "right" on the d-pad has now failed after two years of casual gaming, it just stopped working out of nowhere.

its working smooth and not working connecting off and on repeat , i fix it right way still same oh well.

I purchased this set for the new 4 way pad piece. I installed it and it fixed the problem. I also have the other parts for spares.
