The quality and speed the product delivered is exceptional.

I purchased this product last year in the month of November though the product quality is good. Unfortunatly I received the soft closet cover is of smaller size...very difficult to sit on that, I don't know how to get it replaced with the correct size... I don't have the No of customer care... Can anybody help me to get it replaced.

There is a very obvious large pin hole on the surface, yet it has been passed on up to me. The flush tank plastics also look very badly finished with dull colors and flares. I purchased one commode earlier with top reviews, yet had defects and had to be returned. I could not immediately get a P-trap model in the local market. Just believed in Amazon and ordered. So much carelessness for a heavy, expensive product. Returning.

It looks elegant, it functions very well and is very simple and easy to install. Only things to remember is that it is little broader and longer, so keep this in mind while carrying out plumbing.
