Loved everything about this charger. Just all of my devices with ease. MacBook, iPad and phone. Love that there is multiple ports for the different cords.

First off, this is a great little product, and I only have the one gripe, I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, but I cant.Generally speaking, it works great. The plus fit neatly, the American side works well, and the extra USB plugs are very useful for charging various phones, watches, battery packs etc, no connection issues. It worked like a charm.Only two things detracted.I wish the Australia plus was retractable, or folded in somehow. And I wish the plug wasnt so wide, and had USB slots on both sides.As it stands, using two of these with a normal double outlet is kinda tricky, both kinda fit, but you can only use the USB slot of one of them. We wound up using the bedside and the work table plugs, and that worked just fine (had two of them).I also wish I had thought to buy like 4 of these, instead of just twoOverall, if you are traveling to Australia, get a handful of these, you will be glad you did

I recently made a concerted effort to swap all of my technology for items with a USB-C based interface so I only have to travel with one charger - a high power USB-C charger for the laptop (and the phone, watch, tablet, Kindle and camera all come along for free on USB-C). So I was quite happy to see that this adapter was advertised as having -two- USB-C charging outlets at 5V 3.1A, which makes it significantly more convenient. Imagine my disappointment when I unboxed the adapter to discover that it has two USB-A outlets and only one USB-C. There were plenty of other Type-I adapters in that configuration but I chose this product specifically because they had advertised as having two.I returned this for a replacement and this time got the right part. Not sure if this was an Amazon warehouse error or if this company has two products with the same SKU but while inconvenient, Amazon made it easy to fix the mistake.

It's difficult to find adapters for USB-C connections. This one is pretty good, but I wish the prongs were collapsible to save space for travel.
