Carnations are a must in the morning. They pack a good amount of protein and a ton of nutrients. The flavor is just as good or better than other regular chocolate powders. There’s also a ton of packs for the cost. The powder is never clunky and it’s so quick to mix in to milk.

The kids love this drink, and the pediatrician recommended it for them gaining a little more weight. It is affordable compared to other alternatives, but that might be because of the ingredients. They like the taste of it and tasted it. The issue I have is with the mixability sometimes it clumps even when using a electric whisk.

Quick ingredients for a smoothie. I bought these because I wanted to get more nutrition in my smoothies. I tried several protein powders but I didn't like the texture. They were also pretty expensive. Most had a gritty texture that was still present no matter how long I blended them. I also like that these come in prepackaged portions. I mix a packet of this with half a frozen banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a few ice cubes in a blender. In less than a minute I have a smoothie that tastes great and is actually good for me.
