Continuous buzzer
I fixed one product, which did not work as the magnetic door lock did not get activated, I bought another unit, it works but after certain interval the buzzer starts shouting automatically, to stop the buzzer you need to enter the access code.If anyone knows solution for this please let me know, else I will have to replace the unit again. This will be second time replacement which makes the product 100% defective!

Manual incorrect
On purchase and after reading the manual the system was not working.Asked for a replacement which was done promptly.Again system was not working , asked customer support they too were new to the product.But somehow made it work., also told the customer support that the manual is incomplete.Programming is given correctly, but for opening the door you have to press the number registered and then #Otherwise it will not work.
