Yes finally!
These boots are awesome, well worth the price. Right out of the box, very nice fit for my narrow foot, stable heel cup, ample toe box, great cushioning. Excellent performance on first hike, my feet felt great!

Great boot!
My husband loves the feel of his Oboz boots. Gives nice support and comes in a wide size which is what he requires. A good looking boot and is waterproof!

Great Comfort and Support
I got these boots before going hiking in Colorado. I have a neuroma which really bothered me the last time I went hiking while wearing hiking shoes from another brand so I wanted to find something that would be more comfortable. The Oboz are definitely not cheap, but the reviews on hiking sites as well as the reviews here helped me decide to give them a try. I went on a pretty tough 13 mile hike one day and a 6 mile hike two days later. I found the boots to be really comfortable and gave great support on rocky terrain. Between the soles and the good quality insert my neuroma didn't act up at all. Very happy with the quality and hope to use these for many more hikes to come.

Surprised.
I didn't know what to expect. I've owned a few upper end different hiking shoe brands. So far i love these the most. I can't see how they could fit better. Probably not everyone is going to say that as feet differ. Maybe I got lucky. There's a lot to like about these. Definitely quality shoes. Love the arch, the insole is comfortable inspite of the hard outsole which I love. I saw that at least one person thought they were too hard. But that's what I like when hiking. I don't like feeling rocks. And still they have an amazing comfort. Someone said they were too heavy, I don't see how. These are on par with my old Keens as far as weight. But at least a cut above in quality. The do run a little narrow . Considering that I ordered a 1/2 size up. Perfect! They come with lots of tread too. Only time will tell. Only 4 stars because I haven't field tested them. Update: Very disappointed. Not waterproof, While hiking i got them wet in a bog. Water didn't rise 1/2 way up the gussets on either side of the tongue. Down grade to 3 stars.

Nice Boots - Sturdy and very comfortable.
After wearing Asolo boots for years and finding the soles wear out more quickly than I expected, I tried Oboz and so far so good. Comfortable out of the box. Good for walking and hiking, nice rigid sole is very comfortable on rocks. Early days still, but very happy with these boots. I normally wear a 12, but found these fit better in size 13.

Happy feet
I received these today in the 11 wide, though I usually wear a 10.5 (US) shoe. I'm a novice, occasional hiker but have some longer day hikes coming up on rocky trails.I tried them out as a break-in test on hilly, concrete streets in our neighborhood. I used the 3 miles to make minor adjustments to lace tightness and tongue position but, other than that, I felt no need for additional break-in.I have rheumatoid arthritis and, due to RA's effect on ankle and ball joints of my feet, I'm very picky about structure, cushion, arch support, and toe box width. These fit my feet perfectly. They feel solid and well-balanced, the toe box width is just right, the heel width and fit is perfect, the cushion is both solid and shock-absorbent, and the arch support fits me almost as well as custom orthotics I use in my training shoes.I can't (yet) comment on how waterproof they are, nor on how well balanced they are on uneven, rocky surfaces. While those product features will become important to me, my primary concern is comfort and support and my first experience with these Oboz has confirmed that I chose wisely.

Comfy, waterproof, great in snow
With the right setup, these work well in the snow, and ok on ice. They are well insulated, but if you are not accustomed to ankle high boots, these have stiff uppers until broken in.Overall, highly recommend for winter climates.

Let's Talk About Boots, Baby, Let's Talk About Boots And Feet
I've worn these boots for a bit now and they're excellent boots. Good fit, good look, and pretty good price too. I bought the size I wear in regular shoes and I will say they fit me fine. They were a bit snug when I first put them on but as I've worn them they've gotten a bit looser. These are for every day wear for me so I wear them with regular socks, not hiking socks. If I was going to regularly wear hiking socks with them, I think I'd want that half size larger to accommodate the bulk. It really comes down to a personal call I think. I will also say, even snug, they didn't require a break in period. I walked five miles the day after I bought them and they were fine. There are a few cons for me, but not enough to lose a star, that I'd like to share. One, they ended up being more tactical looking then I was expecting. I needed black shoes because I wear them into an office environment and I needed something to blend into the business casual look. They fit the bill for that but they look a bit like a military/police boot to me then I was expecting. Two, I'm not overly fond of the laces. They've got a bit of stretch to them. I think it'd be great if you laced your boots extra tight and needed some give but I always re-lace mine in a certain pattern that allows some give so the extra give from the stretchy laces isn't needed. Again, not a big gripe, I'll just get another pair of laces if it becomes annoying but it was a down side.Overall I'm very happy with these boots and I'd buy another pair from Oboz without hesitation.

Comfortable!
Very comfortable, lightweight, locks the heel in place, easy to tie up, extreme grip on rough terrain, and took no time at all to break in.

Slimmer than expected.
Fit was much more narrow than expected based on other reviews and the manufacturer's own information. They do appear to be a well built product however.Returned solely because of the way they (didn't) fit.

Very comfortable fit
I bought Oboz as I have a pair of their walking shoes, which also score high in the comfort stakes.I do quite a lot of walking and have had various makes in the past and these are right up there withthe very best. They are a very well constructed boot and for me I partially like the very firm sole as a lotof my walking is on very stony trails.

Just simply a good boot.
These boots are excellent. I hike just about every day around the Algonquin park area, these boots perform and hold up excellent for the rough terrain. I have had more expensive boots that weren't near as comfortable. All in all a great boot.
