Outstanding device and app interface.
Extremely easy to use, at least from the point of view of a novice person, a very thorough and complete scanning service, and very clear and detailed user interface to navigate in the app, and selecting the options it offers. Also very easy to install, pair with your phone and begin using it right away. Highly recommend 6/5 stars.

Paid for itself on the first code read
Paid for itself right out of the box. My dealer wants $100 just to read a code, so I decided to try this instead. It gave me two things it could be - either the EVAP system had a leak, which would be ~$114 in parts, or my gas cap wasn't on tight enough.Turns out my gas cap wasn't on tight enough.I live in Oregon where I can't pump my own gas, so I likely wouldn't have caught that and would have ended up taking it to the dealer to see what was wrong only to pay $100 for them to tell me that the gas station attendant didn't put the cap on right. My only issue with it is that I think they cheaped out on the Bluetooth because it struggled to connect with my phone less than 2 ft away. It took 2-3 tries before it finally connected to the RepairSolutions2 app, and I couldn't get the Gauged app to connect at all. I'm not sure if I have to unpair it every time I switch between apps, or what the problem is.Other than that, I'm pretty happy with it.

Quick and easy
I work on cars and when I have a Check engine light turn on, I know I can rely on the Innova1000 to help me diagnose it. It’s actually so intuitive that someone without any background in car mechanics can use it. Just plug it to the port and it’ll connect automatically. Very simple. The best part is that it’ll tell you things to look out for when you have a big maintenance job coming up. If you’re a DIYer like myself, it’s a good checklist to make sure you’re doing your due diligence. Highly recommend for this price and ease of use.

Completely useless
To start wit, I can barely see the thing. My eyes are still pretty good but I can’t see wnything on the black them with purple or gray words. Ran quick, custom and network scans. I got no info of any value to me. I only bought this because I needed to scan the ABS system since my ABS and traction lights have been permanently on since I replaced my front brakes and rotors. I check off ABS and ran anscan. Nothing came up. All it showed is n 02 sensor, which I know about. My crappy $25 scanner is better than this. It shows live what is going on l. I don’t want to read reports, which is all this seems to do. After 15 minutes of wasting my gas on idling while running this, I had it. Back in the box and going back. Not good for me.

better than expected.
I did research this and it is highly rated. Connect to my Bluetooth and I can watch different graphs of performance while driving. not only does it give you the codes but there are ways to look up their meeting and even replacement parts if needed. I use it also to clear codes

Does not read ABS codes on my 2001 ML320 Mercedes. Had to have import shop scan it for me.
Bought this scanner because my ABS dash light was on and my old scanner doesn’t read ABS modules. Their website and the tech support people I talked to said it will read Mercedes ABS codes but all I ever got back was zero faults detected. I had to pay the import mechanic to read and clear several ABS fault codes and discover that my ABS pump had gone bad. Wasted a lot of time trying to figure out why the ABS dash light stayed on when this product was (incorrectly) telling me there were no fault codes. This product may work well on most common vehicles but didn’t on my older import.

Great low-price solution to a scanner
I love it, works like my big scanner with a few less features. Since it is Bluetooth, they scans are a bit slower than hardwire but no complaints
