Works great with the Pi5
At first I thought my display was DOA since it wasn't working with a Pi4; however, I learned the Pi4 just has known issues working at this resolution in its default configuration. A stock Pi5 had no trouble interfacing with the display after completing its initial setup on a normal display; although, be aware this is technically a 480x1920 display so it will default to portrait mode and will need to be rotated in the OS if you want landscape mode. Also, while the display was very well padded the ribbon cable on the driver board had apparently come slightly undone in shipping and needed to be reseated before the display would work. All I had to do was lift the black bar on the driver board's ribbon cable connector, pull out and reseat the cable, and push the bar back down.Overall, it looks good and works well.

Represented as USB driven, however it is HDMI driven instead.
So I don't see USB mentioned in the product description, but I purchased a product represented as having a USB driver. The driver does have a USB power supply port, however it is power only. I did not receive what I purchased. It is great as an HDMI driven device, but that is not what they were selling. You CAN buy usb to hdmi adapters, however those do not generally support unusual screen sizes, I was expecting something with a functional usb interface. This is NOT that.

Not what it's made out to be
Let's be clear it's just a tiny monitor. It doesn't have or offer any proprietary software to perform the task it's advertised for. The only way I could make this thing work was to hook it up as an additional monitor from my video card. Initially it caused some maneuvering issues on all of my monitors. Got thay worked out but still is just a stand alone monitor. Came with zero paperwork or options of where to find an appropriate software solution that can be read for as small as it is. I would not recommend this unless you know how to tweak your software or create your layout yourself.

Beautiful color temperature
Even inspired me to better tune my main monitor. I'm newly returning to trying to show performance stats in tiny windows using software that hasn't fundamentally changed in twenty years, but this 4:1 aspect ratio screen will likely end up as a DMD on my virtual pinball machine.

DOA - no documentation - returned
This is the second one of these that has come in as non-operational. Tested on two different working Mica video output units at 1080p and 1080i and 720p at 60Hz (and tried 50Hz) using the HDMI cable provided and also another backup cable. Power supplies are 5vdc at 1.5 amps and another tried at 2.5 amps. Looks like a sync issue but without paperwork, there’s nothing to adjust, activate, or troubleshoot.

Works great.
It came with everything needed to plug it in but needed to order 3M 2 sided tape to mount to case. Works great.

Okay Quality
Bought this screen to build a display to use with a hardware monitoring program. The first one that was ordered only worked for about an hour then all the color faded out and ended up dying. Had a new one sent to me free of charge and that has worked for the past few months with no issues. Be aware that this is only the screen and driver circuit board, not a completed display.
