Functional quality... Finish needs work
As with all Zippo lighters, this one works as all the others have.... (Wind resistant , reliable when lightingMy only gripe is the durability with the paint and the finish. Half of the skull rubbed off within 2 weeks of using it. I don't know if they've gone to a different process, but most of my Zippo lighters haven't had their appearance degrade so quickly.
