Although the range is not as described in the product info it is sufficient for personal use. Didn't have to worry about it. Gives 10km for sure.

Writing after the first full cycle of the battery - and 12km usage.Obviously the range is nowhere near the 28km stated - I’ve had less than half that on the first 100% to <5% usage (which was 4x3km trips to and from my office, predominantly in ‘D’ mode); hopefully the battery will improve but I’m not holding my breath.Struggles with uphill climbs, to the point of stopping and needing to be pushed. I’m only taking up pavements/sidewalks onto overpasses, so nothing beyond normal walkways, and not long in length. I’m around 90kg and this should be rated for 120kg.Dash board works fine, although having to link the app to put it into walk mode when I want to push is annoying. Also, in walk mode the lights flash and cannot be deactivated. I have no idea why - when I’m pushing it I’m not near traffic (usually in pedestrianised areas) so why do the lights need to flash? Very annoying having everyone looking at you like you stole your own scooter.Speed is fine - not that this is important to me, although I notice very little difference between sport and drive. Eco is slow enough to be not really worthwhileRest of the construction is good and it feels sturdy. Foot plate could be bigger - and is noticably smaller than the Lime public scooters which doesn’t help it feel secure

I bought brand new but the box came like it was used before. Taped everywhere, the scooter is already unboxed, books and warranty are already opened and product is already used. I could see from the tires with dusty lines that it’s been used before. How come it possible to sell me the used product. Plus, no battery at all and currently couldn’t turned on. Don’t know if it’s gonna work but already disappointed when see the product.

Battery issue was not up to standard and two trips hardly reacjed 20km ☹️ my son was disappointed but i am sure amazon will do the needful as I requested to replace or refund . If refund ed sure i will buy again from amazon
