The product arrived with a small electrical defect. I noticed the defect while assembling it. I wrote them an email about the defect and within a few hours of reporting it to them they were already shipping a replacement machine. I couldn’t believe how easy, stress free, and convenient they made everything for me! It seemed so surreal, I’ve never been treated this great by any vendor before. They have set a new standard for customer service, a bar that others will have to reach from this point forward. I will always go to them first before any other department store, online store, etc. I’m a real person, not a bot. This is a true life testimonial.The machine works great! It exceeded my expectations. I’ve used it every day. It is perfect. Compact with all the features of a fuller sized machine. Doesn’t take up a lot of space. I leave it unfolded because I use it so much but I love knowing I can tuck it away whenever I need the space. I’ve recommended it to friends and family because I was so pleased with my purchase and customer service. I can’t say enough about it. In summary, if you’re looking to buy, buy here! You won’t regret it.

Product arrived 4 days earlier than stated. Packaging in good shape. All parts present. Instructions for assembly were easy to understand. Took just under an hour to fully assemble and set up in place. Everything worked as it should have. Not a heavy-duty treadmill such as a full size one would be, but would not expect any compact treadmill to be that sturdy. The handlebars are adequate for steadying yourself while walking. I am 5'3" and handlebars are at a good height. Overall, it is safe and functions well. Everything works as indicated. It is a good little compact treadmill I would recommend this if you are looking for a small compact treadmill for home use.

I had a gym membership for years that I cancelled as a result of COVID-19 and I won't be going back until we have gotten the pandemic under control. I wanted an option to "get my steps in" while working and staying home, and this was an option I thought was eminently affordable.It will fold up to save even more space if you want a small footprint when not in use, but I have it down at the time being. It is taking up an otherwise free corner in my office, so it can be unfolded without much issue. Assembly was fairly straightforward, although it took a few moments to understand the instructions. There are not many pieces that require assembly.I am 6'1", and the base is fairly narrow, and also not that long. I am able to use it without much concern, but for those with longer strides and/or for running, you may want to consider a different option.I am not a fan the bright LED screen that this comes with. The blue background for the digital readout is okay, but the bright red indicator lights...I cover them up with my phone to reduce glare. I will likely put electrical tape over the lights. The handlebars are also a little low for a person of my height, but they are not unusable.I can't give it a 5*, but if you're looking for a budget-friendly option for at-home workouts, I certainly think this is worth the purchase. Even with the items I've identified, I would still purchase it again if given the choice.

Product was purchased as a gift for my mother, she is in her 70's, slightly over 100 lbs. The size and foldability drew me to the unit for her. Assembly wasn't difficult, but shortly thereafter the unit started showing error code E06, which according to the manual is a motor malfunction/broken code. After 2 weeks the units stopped working completely. Through amazon, I requested a refund and the seller agreed. The fun then began. They provided a return label and authorization page to go inside the box. The label was not prepaid. I called to inquire about getting a prepaid label and was told it would be "elevated" to a different team and I would get a response within 24 hrs. Over a week later, I called again and was told they would not be providing another shipping label and I could "take it up with amazon". I was told I had to use the shipping label provided to get a refund. Due to the fact that I had traveled out of state to deal with the delivery of another treadmill and disassembly of the old unit, I dropped this treadmill of at the UPS store to avoid my mother having to deal with it. I was charged $204, the least expensive option, to return the treadmill. I contacted the seller and was advised I would be refunded for the unit, but not the shipping. They stated they hope I understand. I have reached out to amazon and they are currently working on the situation. I would avoid this treadmill and this company and this seller. This is a poorly made unit and if it breaks you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

I bought this for my daughter. I didn't buy the 2 year warranty. I am guessing this is the life on the machine. My daughter didn't get the full 2 years. Purchased July of 2022. Here it is Dec.2023. It is no longer working. I regret not buying the warranty. I am guessing the life of this machine if used on a regular basis is about 2 Yeats. Get the warranty.

Purchased this a little over a year ago. It was perfect for my small space and sturdy enough for everyday use.What I really want to talk about is theamazing customer service from this company.I started having issues with the treadmill about a week or 2 before the 1 year warranty expired. I emailed the company about the issues I was having and they immediately reached out offering solutions left and right. They ended up sending me a replacement treadmill at no additional cost to me. They covered the shipping and I didnt even have to send the old treadmill back. By the end of the next week my replacement treadmill had arrived and is working just as it should.All in all its a great product for the price and the customer service is top quality.
