Misleading item description. Uses timer interrupts to turn off triac during phase, not PWM from microcontroller. This, coupled with the fact that the vendor does not supply libraries for latest arduino chips (i.e. nano every, etc.) means this may not work for your application without having to write some complex code.

Works great I just downloaded sketch from the internet and modified it as I wanted it.

The media could not be loaded. It's a simple circuit, actually. So, the hours I spent banging my head, second-guessing code was a compete fool's errand. I've included a video where you can see that one pin of the optocoupler is simply not making contact with the pad. A little bit of pressure and everything works.As a unit it didn't work on arrival. As an assembly of parts it was easy to fix. As a defect it was maddening to detect.The thing works great now that I applied a quick solder reflow. The fix was easy but the hours of second guessing had its share of pain. I pulled the trigger on an Amazon replacement against my order when I didn't know what was wrong. Now, I'll just keep it and it's replacement. If you're not 100% familiar with triac dimmer operation, a bad unit like mine will make you cry.

Listing says 16a with cooling but pcb Oly lists 2a
