I'm only on day 3 and my teeth are significantly whiter. The instructions are vague. So im going to save you the frustration. You were there strips like normal, wear them for the full 60 minutes without the light. After then60 minutes you use the light with the strips still on. The light auto turns off after 5 minutes. So the total time for both steps is 65 minutes.

Really effective whitening product. My toddler asked if I painted my teeth, I’m assuming because they looked white. I’ve only done 5 treatments. This does make your teeth really sensitive, so I is usually don’t do treatments on back to back days.

These worked great! I often left them on for much longer then instructed and didn't get any sensitivity, but am not prone to such. Wish I would have taken before/after pics, but it was definitely a big improvement.

This kit was on special and I got it for a much better deal than my Dentist sells for $85. I got talked into it the first time at the dentist and I wish you could just get these exact strips without buying the kit with the light since I already have the light but you can't so I ordered the whole kit again. I did a teeth whitening special at my last dentist before I moved and I could barely tell I had it done, no one noticed . There's a noticeable difference with this kit so I think it's superior to that. My dentist now said your teeth should match the whites of your eyes. Anyhow it's been a couple of months and they are still quite white. I was told to save a couple of strips to do intermittently afterwards but I used them all. I put the strips on and do five minutes of the light then leave it on for the hour and right before the end of the hour I do the full-time with the light. I have another kit waiting to use! I'm not about to spend $400 at a dentist again who said for whatever reason they couldn't get me that "bright Hollywood smile". I'm not sure if it's because most of those people have veneers which is what I'm assuming for most people but I'm not an expert or a dentist so I don't know. But this is a great kit and if you get it on a discount it's a great deal for the results that you get.

I have never done teeth whitening in my entire life before using this product. I was really hesitant at first but after purchasing the product and immediately using it, my teeth noticeably became whiter on the 8th day I was using it. ALL I CAN SAY IS IT REALLY IS LEGIT.
