Works Great! Love it
Works perfect. Samsung Galaxy 7 edge charges rediculously fast. Stays fully charged with GPS and Amazon Music playing on long trips.

The amps are what you look at to know if it's really a "fast charger" and having a 3.1 amp charger labeled on the USB slot is perfect. Most I looked at listed total amps but when you divided the amps by the slots it came out to 1.5 per slot - which is barely a trickle to your phone. I like the safety feature though I don't know how that feature works to protect my phone from overcharging. I like the small discrete blue light that tells me it's working without the big glow- found on other devices that is distracting while driving at night. This one also stays in place and does not pop out on it's own like cheaper models. I use the second USB slot for my gps when needed. Finally, it has a solid structure that feels durable.

glad I saved money and didn't buy the more expensive ...
As much as I shop on amazon and read reviews, I usually don't leave them....but this is a must buy! I rarely charge my phone in the house because I'm always on the go. I can leave my house with my phone on a low percentage and take a 15min drive to work and my phone is on 80% or more by the time I get to work and thats using the low volt. Its worth it, glad I saved money and didn't buy the more expensive one.

Broken after 4 months
After 4 months of light use, the plastic casing around the micro usb has fallen off, and the usb connector has broken off inside the port. I am able to pull it back out, but the product is not well made.

I have a Samsung Note 8 and can't seem to get it to work. It has a very thin clear silicone protector bu the info said yes, it would work with this product. So far no.
