As someone who has never tried matcha before, I was skeptical of this green powder that had the same color as grass clippings. I had tried a shot of matcha a few years ago and it was not good, to say the least. When my bag of blueberry matcha arrived (in only 2 days thanks to Prime) I quickly ripped it open and mixed a bit of the powder with some icy cocoonut milk. It was DELICIOUS! Not only did it not taste like grass, it tasted like something I would want to drink every day! It was definitely fruity, but it is not an overpowering flavor at all. Very subtle but sweet enough to keep me drinking at least one or two drinks every day. A friend made me “bulletproof matcha” with the vanilla flavor and it was awesome. He just put grass-fed butter, coconut oil and 1 tsp of vanilla element matcha in a blender with hot water and presto: instant brain fuel! I will be buying this every month.

Great taste, vibrant green color.

I actually really like this. I got blueberry, with hopes it would taste somewhat like an actual blueberry, and I wasn't disappointed.I'm looking forward to trying more flavors in the future :)
