This remote is awesome, smooth operation and the black light is great. My Sony TV came with the same remote without the back light as you can see in the picture to the left and the new one to the right, this remotr control has better response, it worked right out of the box, very please with this Sony remote control.

This remote connected to the television without requiring any setup or pairing. We wondered about buying this one vs a cheaper knockoff, but it was worth the cost. It works perfectly and did so immediately.

Buttons are instant and substantial. Backlite worksNumber pad works for station selection.I love it and plan to buy another. Far superior to the flimsy remote that came with TV.

Just as advertised

We have a Sony 85 inch 4K LED television which came with one standard remote. I purchased two backlit RMF-TX621U unbranded remotes – one for myself and one for my wife. These remotes worked but using them over time we noticed the signal was weak and the button presses seemed inconsistent. Sometimes it took hitting pause a couple of times to resume play. This inconsistency became more and more irritating and frustrating to say the least.We saw these new RMF-TX621U remotes on Amazon from Ceybo and described as original. They have Sony on the face, Sony on the back IR window, and Sony on the internal label. Other reviewers described these remotes as good performers. So we bought two to give them a try – they couldn’t be worse than the ones we had.The other reviewers are absolutely correct – Thank you. These remotes perform as a remote is expected to perform. They have strong signal, are quick, consistent, and backlit. They were only a few more dollars than the unbranded version but oh so much more worth it.
