Massive grip, like putter size
Love the feel. I have larger hands than most people so normal grips on a club feel like I’m holding a pencil. This is equivalent to a baseball bat on the narrow grip section. I’ve smoked some bombs with this grip, being able to control the club better.

Comfortable
The grip is non-tapered. The diameter of the grip fits my hands like a glove. I have great control with this grip. I use it on my driver.I purchased another one for my 3 wood.

Awesome Grips
I will never go back to normal grips. These are so much more comfortable. I have relatively large hands…I wear an XL glove and can just barely palm a full-size basketball…so these make a huge difference for me. Their website recommended a Size Large, but I went with XL and am glad I did. All of my clubs now have these except my putter. Also, I love how I can install / uninstall these using my air compressor with a simple blow nozzle. No need to cut them off if you change your mind on what size, etc. Completely reusable!

Can Easily be Damaged if Installed with Compressed Air - Updated Review Oct 2022
This review is specific to the Jumbo Max Textured Grips not the regular Jumbo Max grips.Update - 10/5/22In my original review, which is below, I was critical of the design of this grip and how it can be damaged using compressed air to install grips - which is becoming more popular now too. I have left that review intact as it does stand on it's own, however, now that I have had some time to play with the textured grip I really like and prefer the feel over the normal Jumbo Max grips. So I have changed my review to four star instead of one. I am still taking off one star due to the issues I encountered that should be addressed in my opinion. However, I have since modified my installation method somewhat to lessen the chance of damaging the grip and will likely be buying more of the textured grips in the future as I prefer the tacky feel they provide over the standard grips.Original ReviewI moved to the Jumbo Max grips this year and love them - the non-textured model that is. When I saw they came out with a textured model I was excited to try them since I have used some similarly textured grips in the past and liked the feel, just could not get them in this size and non-tapered. I decided to purchase two to install on my 9 iron and 8 iron. These are nice grips and have the feel I like, but they are not as well made as the non-textured grips - specifically the rubber used on the end cap of the grip. The manufacturer made a design change and created a pocket at the end of the grip to accommodate shaft sensors like those from Across - which I guess is a cool feature if you use sensors. But the rubber material used in the center of the pocket that contacts the end of the shaft and accepts the sensor (drain hole) is very thin and can easily tear.I use compressed air to install my grips over the tape and glue method. When installing one of these grips the shaft did not bottom out on the rubber as it normally does, but instead just pushed past it splitting the rubber material. Once that happened I could no longer adjust the grip with compressed air. I was left with a club that had a shaft sized hole in the grip with tape sticking out of the end. So I ended up having to cut off a brand new grip and re-install the non-textured Jumbo Max grip I had removed. I regret not taking a picture to more accurately show what I am describing.I have used compressed air to install grips for a few years now and have done it countless times and never encountered a problem like this one. Normally the rubber on the end of the grip is like an 1/8" thick or thicker so when the grip is installed, you can push it on until it bottoms out no problem- which is really what you want to do so you are sure the grip is on all the way. This rubber is much thinner - closer to a 1/16". Not only can it rip during installation, but it is so thin I am confident if sensors are used, they could easily fall out over time. It's not a deal breaker if you do not plan to use sensors or install your grips using tape and glue - although if you tap the club on the ground after the grip is installed, which is normal practice, you could cause the shaft to tear the rubber and have the shaft end exposed. But if you do use compressed air to install grips, you need to be very careful to not push the grip on with too much pressure expecting it to bottom out.A contributing factor to this problem is the grips with the pocket are the exact same length as a regular grip without the pocket on the end which is about 3/8" deep. So when I was installing the grip I assumed I needed to continue pushing until the tape on the shaft was covered by the grip - which is the normal process. In this case, and because I did not even feel it bottom out, I ended up pushing it on too far and splitting the rubber. So when installing one of these grips you need to be careful not to cut the tape too long based on the length of the grip on the outside since on the inside it is actually 3/8" of an inch less.I am very disappointed with this purchase since I had to wreck a brand new grip. In the end I might even purchase more of these grips if the one I did get installed ends up feeling that much better. Now that I know of the issue, I can probably figure out a way to adjust my process. Still, if the rubber was the normal thickness it would have been fine so IMO this is a design flaw and I stand by my rating and review.

Fore me
Easy to apply with proper solvent and tape. Just the right size for old hands. I like the non-tapered variety so I can lower my grip without changing diameter. Now, if I could just drop a few strokes.
