Excellent, Inexpensive Multimeter
While I currently have a rather high end multimeter, I certainly did not need another one. However, my multimeter is a number of years old and did not done with anything more than a single set of basic needle probes. This made it fairly difficult to use in differing situations other then places where you had very stable, ridged, easy to access area. While I had looked for different sets of leads, probes, and other types of connectors that would fit the standard sockets that multimeters use, shrouded and unshrouded, i found that they were rather expensive. Ok, so $15-$50 isn't all that expensive when using them for your career or serious hobby, but for a tinkerer / maker like myself, I just couldn't justify that kind of cost to use them once in a while even though having them would have been completely worth it given the difficulties using a single set of universal standard needle probes that come with every multimeter on the market. However, one day browsing around Amazon I came across this Plusivo Digital Multimeter which came with a number of different probes, and other connectors which caught my attention because of the incrediblly low price. For under $13 USD, not only did you get an array of probes, connectors, test leads, and a couple mini tools, but they came with a free multimeter! :)This was rather impressive because not only could the leads be used in many different applications such as with breadboards and small PCB circuits, but it also came with leads with connectors you could use with a variable power supply to power your project and test it at the same time.To me it was a no brainer. Most sets of leads on Amazon cost more then this multimeter with all the probes and accessories. The quality of the leads and connectors are average and get the job done. I have no complaints what so ever of their quality. While the more expensive sets may be of higher quality, better materials etc, for a hobbiest, maker, or as a first multimeter as a gift or teaching tool, they are more than adequate. As for the multimeter, which I am pretty much considering a free gift with the probes, it too is surprisingly well made. It has all the functionality one would need as a hobbiest, maker, or as a first multimeter for someone just learning about electricity and circuits.I would have given this set a full 5 stars, however, the multimeters accuracy is slightly off. However, don't let that sway you from purchasing this product. The difference between this meter and a more advanced higher end meter is not enough to make any difference in your use of it, your safety, or anything like that. We are talking less then a 10th of a watt difference. I'm sure this is more of a calibration issue then any real problem, and this difference is not e ough to cause any difference in your readings, or the results of any circuit. From this regard you could say the difference is imperceptible.I think the value for money is unbelievable. If you are in the market for a first multimeter, or an inexpensive solution for your electrical / electronics hobby, or need something where your concerned about damaging a higher end unit due to the working environment, then i can think of no better meter to purchase. It's an excellent secondary multimeter for me, and the array of different probes, leads, connectors, and other accessories fills a need / requirement I've had for a long time but didn't want to feel like I was wasting money on something I would only need once in a while. Here you have a meter with all its accessories that costs less than even just a decent set of standard universal probes.I highly recommend this product.

Non-replaceable fuse
It worked great until I accidentally blew the fuse while trying to find a parasitic draw in my car. You cannot replace the fuse in this multimeter, it even says that it is not serviceable on the back battery cover. The multimeter worked great for about 10 minutes until I accidentally broke it. It’s cheap enough that I’m not too upset, but it would be nice to be able to change the fuse in case of an accident. If you know 100% what you are doing, then it’s a perfectly fine unit. If you are new to using multimeters like I am, use extra caution!

Decent functionality for the price; lots of accessories but so-so quality
This is one of the more comprehensive multimeter sets I've come across anywhere close to this price point. Granted, this is a cheap multimeter, so the performance is not what you'd get from a Fluke by any stretch of the imagination. But for hobby work, it fits the bill just fine. The build quality of the multimeter itself is decent considering the price. The display is reasonably large and very easy to read in all lighting situations. Where it falls short on build quality is with the probes. They are functional but very cheap quality. It comes with a boatload of accessories. Some are useful (alligator clip heads for the probes); some are pretty useless (2 ultra tiny screwdrivers). All are of cheap quality. But while this is cheaply made, it is also cheaply priced. If you need a multimeter for occasional hobby work, this is worth a look. For more intensive use, you'll want to look at better made (and higher priced) options.

Superb with all possibly needed accessories
I have some 75 years of electronics and physics experience (Yes, I'm now retired at age 90) and after being frustrated with a mix of old instruments (that I paid a lot for and are now beyond repair) I bought this meter. It has all the accessories anyone could want and I am superbly satisfied with it. For example, the probes have sharp points (with removable covers) which are nice to have when testing something with slight corrosion (car areas and old batteries for example). Before I had to scrape and/or sand to make contacts. There is a variety of adapter cables and clips, I can't think of any ordinary situation the cables wouldn't adapt to. Too soon to do any accuracy test but based on what I have experienced, it will be more than accurate for my needs. The instruction "manual" is small, as typical for items made overseas, but they offer a free download of a 56 page booklet with nice instructions on how measurements are made with the system and what the actual values mean. Time will tell but based on what I have experienced in the first few hours I would recommend this specific item from those available from Amazon. One minor issue with the Amazon description- The description includes "Thermocouple" as an item. I think that may be an error since I don't see anything related to temperature measurement.

Defective
Looked like a decent low priced MM with lots of accessories and a link to a very useful guide on how to use the MM, but this one was defective. First thing I tried was checking some batteries that I ordered at the same time. It read 0 on the battery test selector, and the same on the DC volt selector. My ancient Harbor freight freebie told me the new batteries were fully charged. Returned this one for a refund. Will try something else.

Nice set
I have 2 other multimeters that I use on my cars. This one comes with a lot of accessories that I could use that those 2 don't have. The clips, probes, wire strippers, tape and screwdrivers make a great set. My probs were to big to insert into most connectors but the needle probs were what I was looking for. For the price you can't find a better value. Easy to use and the manual is easy to follow.
