Sound Quality is not good
The sound quality even in the bass mode isn't good. It's just okay to have. Not Recommended!

Poor Sound Quality (Edited)
This reminds me of a set of earphones from the 1990ās in terms of sound qualityā¦Thereās zero base and the donāt go very loud at all.These arenāt build for listening to music, but works for calling though.Wireless connection and battery life is good, but thatās all.Edited:Forgot to mention, the āJLab Soundā app is useless as it keeps coming up with an error message: āPlease connect the device in Settingsā, even though itās already connectedā¦

Not as described
Received the box of the item, unsealed. Then when opened, none of the replacement eartips were present, the earbuds were placed in the wrong positions, charging case had scratches, indicating that the item most probably is second hand.

Not suitable to take phone calls, the person in the other end canāt hear your voice clearly.
