The origins of El Tostador date back to the late 40s, when founder Rodolfo Brenes empirically started his business in the Central Market, with only a coffee roaster and a few mills brought from Germany. This store sold directly to the public, and there began the bond with buying and roasting coffee. For coffee lovers, we have created the best and most delicious Premium Coffee Peaberry, which arises from the careful selection of fruits from a single seed that concentrates twice the flavor than regular grains, and thanks to a roasting process by our Coffee Masters, makes you discover the maximum concentration of flavor and aroma. These are milled and roasted by our Master roasters to ensure maximum flavor and aroma. Available in whole bean coffee or ground coffee. This Coffee beans are a natural mutation that happens inside the coffee cherry, in which the coffee bean did not separate itself in two beans and keep two embryos together and this result into a small and rounded coffee bean in which we can found a high concentration of acids and good fats, that results in a coffee cup with an excellent body, juicy acidity and nice sweet notes, peaberry beans are a very exclusive coffee because only the 3% to 5% of an entire coffee production bring us those coffee beans it means that is not just an excellent coffee it is also a very scarce one.
